Paper Dolls

When I do paper dolls, I like to get a few photographs of the person and their favorite outfits, and I draw from that. Nowadays I use Windows Paint, but back when I learned to make these I used a desk lamp propped under a glass coffee table!

Elizabeth was in my wedding, and I gave the family the paper dolls as a thank you; Eloise and Ila were kids of members of my local Buy Nothing group. 

When I made paper dolls of myself over the years, I included details to help myself remember interesting moments. I'm very fond of my high school set. Those are pretty fragile because I went to the effort of cutting them out as well, and had not learned to include an easy-to-cut background shape.
